The Word of the Lord came to me saying, in the Process, God is the One who decides who gets promoted, when they get promoted, how they get promoted, Exaltation and promotion come from God alone!
Psalm 75:6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. It is God who judges: He brings one down, He exalts another.
In the process of your Promotion Exaltation follows. It goes hand in hand. Because promotion only comes from God. The King James Version says that God is the Judge and the only one who promotes.
Promotion may come in many areas of life. It may come in ministry; it may come in marriage, favor in relationships or in business. What we must realize when it happens is that it came from God.
It is God that leads His children through His Spirit in the pathway to righteousness. Your destiny is linked to your promotion. Its purpose is to bring you into a better tomorrow. God desires you to enter into Him and His Spirit Holy Spirit that indwells you but changes your sinful nature to His.
When we enter into Him, our advancement is positionally in Him, and it sets us up for Gods favor. This entry supervisor level is monitored by God and gives favor and favoritism in Him. Jesus commands our destiny no power of death no scheme of man can ever pluck us out His hand.
Acts 17:28 King James Bible For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Gods is a God of order, His organizational skills are to bring His children into a level that is freedom and liberty for all who enter in. It is forever achieved in this lifetime.
Time after time God desires His children to walk uprightly before Him. 2 Chronicles 7:14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
God’s hierarchy system is proof of God’s infinite love for His children. God dedication result-oriented nothing that we needed to do if we allow Gods Holy Spirit to take total control over our lives.
Hence, is the promotion taking a full blast in its major accomplishment? This proves that the work of the Holy Spirit is evident in us and is Gods trusted responsibility transforming darkness into light. Processing us as fruit that’s ripe for His coming so when God comes for His people will look so much like Jesus. Because of the demonstration of the fruit in us that is transforming.
Promotion motivates us to desire more of God. It’s amazing how God can take a nobody to a somebody. It’s amazing how you can move higher up and achieve your goals by allowing God to change your ways.
Why would any wounded sinful or hurt people not desire more benefits than life is able to give. We serve an awesome God He is marvelous in all His ways.
He is worthy of all praise and glory He is worthy. The Lamb Of God that takes away sin.
God raises the bar expecting more of us as we mature. It is God who lifts up and pulls down. God Spirit is designated and design to guide us.
Our promotion comes through holy obedience in Christ Jesus. By giving God what is already His. In due season we shall reap a harvest. Bring all the tithes to the storehouse. Everything in the storehouse is there for us. All we have to do is obey the Spirit of God.
There are even bonuses and other perks behind the doors to Gods' heart if you continue to walk in Him.

Have you ever been ridiculed reduce belittle, gossip about? Run a ministry and watch folks tear it down. They are call damage control. They will throw you under the bus with the quickness. Man, I can’t wait till Jesus come. People will throw you away like a piece of trash it’s those jealous hearted church folks. They will say your crazy losing your mind to. Ellie assaninste humiliate. Beware of them, they come in all nationalities.
If your angry enough your leave that church for another church thinking they will treat you better beg the differ. They just might treat you the same or worse. Maybe one out of ten you only might find that one. But isn't it the same with men or women that come in your life. Why buy the cow when you can get the milk free. And every female and male he interduces you to is his or her cousin uncle or sisters. Don’t believe the hike. Evaluate church people try the Spirit by the Word of God. Too many devils in the church.
Either they are jealous hearted haters, of your anointing. Or just have evil organization skills. They are trying so hard to organize you and want you to call them master. You ever feel like Jesus, crucified at the cross and all your friends left you.
Is there anybody out there knows what I'm talking about. I feel like venting. I am so glad Jesus gave me liberty. Who the Son set free is free indeed.
I refuse to be a salve to hard taskmasters. I found out there is a lot of that in the church. Well, I am tired of people hurting people have you ever felt like Paul when he said it was when I walked into the house of God when I met all my haters.

for quite some time and are looking for a promotion, there are specific indicators to show that you are being considered for a promotion and a bigger paycheck.
You have proved your worth by increasing sales, producing high-quality work and attracting customers. All these are sure to draw the attention of your boss for consideration of promotion for you.
You realize that your boss has been sending you for training workshops and encouraging you to get certified in additional skills. This indicates that he is preparing you to take on duties in a higher position and may be a sign of impending promotion.
If your boss has started inviting you to important meetings or strategic conferences, it may be because he is thinking of promoting you. This is his way of assessing your ability to making meaningful contributions in these senior-level meetings.
If your boss is contemplating promotion for you, then to assess your capability, he will put you in charge of special projects which are crucial for the company.
Though getting a promotion is not a popularity contest, but it is suggested that you have healthy and friendly relationships with your clients and co-workers. If your boss has started noticing it and talking to you about your cheerful disposition, it is more than likely that you are getting promoted.
Changes shortly such as transfers, promotion in upper levels, retirements or new hires signify restructuring. So, if you are sure that you have been working hard and efficiently, you can expect a promotion. When positions open up,
Often we may go through the path of trials and tribulations to be shaped and refined and prepared to enter into the destiny that God has made for us.
God leads us through a process of shaking and discipline which can be painful at that times, but later it will prove to be the greatest thing that could have ever happened to us. It’s in the process where God gives us OUR PROMOTION.
Tell your neighbor it’s in the process.
God has a plan for every one of our lives.
Now, it is up to us to determine if we are promoted into that plan or not.
Our willful obedience to what God is trying to do in and through us determines our outcome in the process. This determines if we are promoted or not.
God wants to take us from where we are to where He wants us to be! It’s in the process in our growth shows our having or showing the capacity to become or develop into something in the future.

Let’s listen to what God said to the prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:4–5 – The word of the LORD came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” In another word, God was declaring to Jeremiah, “I promoted you before you were born.”
Before Jeremiah was even born, God had a plan worked out for his life! If that was true for Jeremiah, do you think it’s true also for us? Yes, God foreknew us also, and He has a plan for us too. It does not matter where we are in life, who we are, what our condition may currently be, God, can and will promote us.
God had a plan for Abraham, Joseph, David, Job, Daniel, and Jesus. None of these men were promoted without painful testing and trials.
Their promotion came by way of a painful process. You and I are no exception. No Pain, No Gain!
Promotion does not come from man, neither does it come without pain.
REMEMBER, TRUE PROMOTION ONLY COMES FROM GOD!

Man cannot take you or keep you where You need to be followed. God is the only one that can make you beyond your limitations or your expectations.
