The Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Trinity–equal with the Father and Son in essence. The Holy Spirit has the Attributes of Person. The Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Trinity–comparable with the Father and Son in the heart.
Since one of the essential characteristics of God’s character is that he is a person, it follows that the Holy Spirit is an Isaiah-cited example of how Israel “rebelled and vexed his Holy Spirit.” (Isa. 63:10). Therefore, the Holy Spirit can respond emotionally to the ideas and experiences he encounters. The Highest Office is putting on the Mantle of Christ. What is so unique about this gift's height that we all can attain it and have it if we desire it. It is the only gift that makes us one in the body because it puts on Christ putting on His body that everybody can do more excellent works.
