Jesus told His disciples to carry their cross. He said to them, “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me” (Luke 9:23).
In Jesus’ day, a cross wasn’t just a symbol of pain and suffering; it was mainly a symbol of death. What Jesus was telling them is that they needed to put to death their flesh. Easier said than done.
That is the only way we can Crucify the flesh. To died to it by not picking it up again. Jesus doesn’t simply call us to believe that He existed, or even to believe that He can save us. He calls on us to commit our whole lives to Him.
Trusting Him alone for our salvation, and then to follow Him as His disciples. He said, “Anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple” (Luke 14:27). Jesus is making it plain. Is Christ the master of your life? Are you putting to death your flesh on a daily basics. You must be committed to God through the love of Jesus.
What you need to know there is no greater love in life than the love of being a follower of Christ every day.
Your will is not yours it belongs to God. A love that never died your desire for Him will grow. There is nothing that cannot be compare to any love in this life time.
You must choose who you will follow. Satan is the desire flesh. When I think of a human liar and murderer, I think of a very conniving person that generally looks the part. I am surely affected by Hollywood. The Satan is described differently. He’s called crafty (Gen 3:1-5) while being a liar (John 8:44); a deceiver (Rev 12:9; 20:7) while being a gossiper (Gen 3:1); a murderer (John 8:44) while keeping his hands clean (Gen 3:4); an oppressor (Luke 10:38) and schemer (2 Cor 2:11) who was evil from the beginning (1 John 3:8) and yet he knows Scripture (Luke 4:10-11) while disguising himself as an angel of light (2 Cor 11:14).
Matter of fact if you are a true follower of God you will smell sin on people. The closer you get to God the clearer God will reveals himself to you.
The smell Sometimes it so bad I have to turn my face and put my hand over my mouth and nose. Truth This tells you are closer to God than you can be expected.
Now those are close to God can smell it what make you believe God does not smell sin on His people. The funny thing is we expose it because it’s no longer hidden because the Holy Spirit lives in us. The smell is death You have to died to your flesh everyday. To have s sweet aroma to God. When He looks at you can you say God see’s His Son. God smells sin on you and He still loves you, there is nothing you can do to stop his love.

While the life of the dead may remain the memory of the living, a reality of death is the smell associated with an unattended body. Indeed, the stench associated with a body after death can be extreme.
If you are like most people, you certainly are aware that a decomposing body has a stench, even if you’ve been fortunate to never encounter one. If you are also like most individuals, you really do not know the process that occurs and results in a body smelling badly it is the smell of sin.
God exposes many of His people that are followers with this stench. When a heart stops beating, the death process actually commences.
Brain activity will continue for a period of time after a heart stops working. However, it is the cessation of the workings of the heart that commence the death process itself.
The heart provides the nutrients and energy to all parts of the body that allow it to function. When blood stops flowing, the end of life has commence however When the heart stops beating, the human body immediately starts to cool. The initial phase of the body cooling is called algor mortis,
While is going through the cooling process, the lack of flowing blood has another major consequence. The blood begins to pool and settle. It is this process of pooling and settling of the blood that causes what is known as rigor Mortis.

A prime example of something that carries on living in a body after death is declared is bacteria contained within some of the bodily tissue.
When bodily death occurs, this triggers bacteria to start attacking or breaking down their host, which is the human body itself. When blood stops flowing, bacteria is deprived of their ready source of nutrients.
The pancreas is prime example of how this process works. The human pancreas has a high concentration of bacteria. There are so many, when the bacteria starts breaking down the pancreas, the bacteria acts in a manner that the organ digests itself.
The same process, in a less dramatic way, occurs in the intestines as well. Once the bacteria have run out nourishment in the intestines, they start to move to other organs in a person’s body.
