That we as believers having power not of this earth but consecrated by God and through the knowledge in Him it is in Him that we live move and have our being. It is the consecrated power of God. 

The biblical description of power relates primarily to God and people. Power is an inherent characteristic of God ( Rom 1:20 ). It is the result of his nature. Therefore if one have the nature of God they are able to tap into this consecrated power that is seen through all creation. From the beginning of time now available and given to all creation.
