God elect us to go out into the world to get more sheep that are lost. 

Those I believe that was not elected until you transform into Jesus and then transformed those we encounter by given them truth in the word .

Just by election we carried the power of God to bring those who are in the world out the world into the promise,And by the renewing and transform mind they to and come to be committed to Jesus Christ into the beloved.
